These terms and conditions of sale (T&C) govern every order placed on solarahair.ch, operated by SolaraHair by Marcos Agency, represented by Ludovic Marcos, 1312 Éclépens, Switzerland (the "Seller"). By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these T&C.
The products offered are handmade hair accessories. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of any applicable taxes. The Seller is not subject to VAT as long as turnover remains below the legal threshold of CHF 100,000; no VAT is therefore charged. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
An order becomes firm once payment is confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing error, or a prior dispute.
Payment is made online by card or TWINT through the provider Stripe. No payment data is stored or processed by the Seller: it is transmitted directly to Stripe over a secure protocol.
Orders ship from Switzerland within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Transit times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. As a goodwill gesture, the Seller nonetheless allows 14 days to return an unused item in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective products. Please contact info@solarahair.ch before any return.
Products benefit from the statutory warranty for defects. Any defect must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt to info@solarahair.ch.
The Seller cannot be held liable for improper use of the products. Images are non-contractual; slight variations in shade or pattern are inherent to the handmade nature of the pieces.
These T&C are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies at the Seller's registered office in the canton of Vaud, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction provided by law.
