— Order: products, amount, order reference and transaction ID. Payment details (card, TWINT) are
handled exclusively by Stripe and are never transmitted to us.
— Back-in-stock alert: email address, used solely to notify you when the requested product is
restocked, never for any other purpose.
— Mini-game (optional): if you create a game account, a nickname and a password (stored hashed,
never in clear text). This data is used only for the game leaderboard.
— Technical cookies: a session cookie (cart) and a language cookie.
Data is used to process orders, respond to contact requests, operate the site, and comply with our legal obligations.
— Stripe Payments Europe (payment processing).
— Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland (hosting).
These providers only process data for the purposes described. Data hosting is located in
Switzerland.
Order data is kept for the legal accounting retention period (10 years). Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request.
